The Jolly Good Fellow: Chade-Meng Tan

Last year I visited Google and met Chade-Meng Tan, Jolly Good Fellow.  Meng, as he is known, is a former engineer and one of the founders of Google’s leadership development program.  Google is a pioneer in so many ways.  Meng has helped them be a pioneer in how to keep employees happy.  The campus at Google’s headquarters is so comfortable that some employees never want to leave.  You can even do your laundry on site.  Can you imagine what it takes to make a happy employee never want to go home?
Google knows that happy workers are devoted, hard working, committed employees. In this video, Meng speaks about the leadership development philosophy at Google and most importantly how to treat employees when you are a conscious business.
