Wisdom 2.0: A Place to Practice Conscious Business

“Founders from Facebook, Twitter, eBay, Zynga and PayPal, and executives and managers from companies like Google, Microsoft, Cisco … in conversations with experts in yoga and mindfulness.”   – The New York Times
A few years ago, I attended Wisdom 2.0.  My experience during that week has continued to inspire me since.  Wisdom 2.0 is a conference where technology leaders connect with spiritual leaders to discuss the importance of mindfulness during this time of constant interruptions, technical advancement and spiritual awakening.  If you are interested in conscious business, this is a great place to start.  I’ve sent clients to Wisdom 2.0 and they always come home changed and enlightened to new ways to better their lives and their companies.
I know of no other place where you can spend time with business leaders from top companies like Google, Facebook, Zappos, Huffington Post and Spiritual Leaders like Eckart Tolle, Jack Kornfield, Jon Kabitt Zinn.  The conference is also experiential where  you might be experiencing a small group conversation or exercise with one of these leaders sitting next to you.  I had the great pleasure of discussing the science of numerology and the enneagram with Dan Siegal, clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine and Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute.
The Wisdom 2.0 team recently released this video with clips from the 2014 conference which occurred in February 2014.  Take a look and considering sending some of your team to San Francisco next February.  You’ll be surprised how much a small investment in time and money can expand you and your company.
If you’ve been to Wisdom 2.0, I would love to hear about your experiences and related changes you’ve made.  Please leave a comment below or reach out to me at angie@lifepurposeadvisor.com.
