TEDx San Diego is Saturday, October 14

You still have time to register for TEDx San Diego which kicks off this Saturday at 11am.

I usually wouldn’t think of missing TedX San Diego.  I’ve attended the past three years and it’s always a great day.  I’m not attending this year because I’ll be at another event but you certainly should.  TED events are a great experience.  You’ll leave inspired and more motivated than when you arrived.
My great friend, Mark Lovett, is the Organizer and Chief Architect.  Mark and his team of volunteers do a great job of pulling together a fantastic day of speakers, entertainment and inspiration.
Here’s a little info from the TEDx San Diego website:

“A Catalyst For Spreading Ideas That Change Our World
TEDxSanDiego brings together a collection of doers, thinkers, innovators, creatives, explorers, visionaries, teachers and learners, then seeks to illuminate, inspire and activate those individuals as a way to expand horizons, change perceptions, incite action and foster new connections.
As a local not-for-profit, volunteer-driven organization, TEDxSanDiego wouldn’t be possible without all the efforts and contributions of our team members & partners who commit their time and passion, as well as their financial and intellectual support to create a remarkable TEDxSanDiego experience.”

Read about this year’s speaker line up here.  It looks like a great lineup.
Grab your ticket here on eventbrite.  The good news is that TEDx San Diego a general admission event so you can still get a great seat by showing up early.
Oh,  and don’t miss Innovation Alley to check out some really great San Diego companies showing off their ideas and products.
And if you go, send a note or comment.  I’d love to hear how you liked it and about your favorite things of the day.
Enjoy!
