About Brett Blair

Brett Blair is a life coach, author, speaker, and business owner.  He is the founder of Coach Brett Blair, a life and leadership coaching and consulting firm and the author of “From Autopilot to Authentic,”.  I wanted to interview Brett because of his amazing story about transforming his own life from a leadership role in the corporate world to his more authentic life of a coach, recruiter and much more.
Brett also founded and leads Sanford Rose Associates – Blair Leadership Group, an executive search company. Prior to establishing his business in 2007, Brett earned an industrial engineering degree, an MBA, and enjoyed a 25-year corporate career in international business. Brett’s passion is helping people, and he has the real-world experience and practical perspectives from which to be able to coach professionals in a variety of industries and during all seasons of life. Brett has a unique perspective on personal growth and happiness, and is recognized for his ability to lead others to maximize their own potential through living a life of purpose, balance and significance. Brett is relentlessly optimistic, has strong faith in God, believes that the world is abundant, beautiful and full of new opportunities, and that each day brings the promise of renewal and a new beginning.   • After 25 years, Brett Blair woke up with an epiphany which lead him to quit his corporate job and start a business that was more aligned with his purpose.

Major Life Events that Hinted at Your Life Purpose

  • Brett Blair followed a path that other people wanted of him by becoming an engineer after high school. Having a career that did not follow his purpose put him “in a rut”, but motivated him to change his habits and help others to do the same. He connected with his purpose at the age of 45.
  • Giving his time as a husband and father, Brett Blair began to neglect his own needs. This lead to his realization that putting himself first created a healthier, happier life for everyone.
  • Brett Blair grew through receiving counseling during his divorce, and through coaching with Life Coach Thomas Hill.
  • Volunteering at his church’s youth group.

  • Believes he is a infinite spiritual being who is living a short physical life here on Earth
  • Non-demoninational Christian who believes that Jesus is his savior.
