Be Mindful is a core module in the Life Purpose Advisor method.  I am always looking for role models who live and teach mindfulness. Below is a growing list of mindfulness resources.  If you are doing the work to find your life purpose, you want to explore and include mindfulness techniques.  These practices will help you clear your mind and emotional clutter so that you will be able to hear your life purpose speaking to you.  You never know just when your life purpose will break through to you but we guarantee becoming more mindful will help you increase your personal growth.
